Turkey Mushroom Bowite Recipe by Kama Fitness

A couple of weeks ago I came home from work super duper late. It was one of those evenings where I did NOT want to make anything….at all. I came pretty close to ordering pizza when I realized I had some mushroom sauce left over from a few days prior.

I opted out of the pizza idea and quickly boiled some water, tossed in whole grain bowtie noodles and 15 minutes later I was enjoying a much lower calorie & much healthier meal.

Good for me huh? ;)

…because it’s not every day I would choose pasta over pizza….

The turkey balls used in this recipe are not the same as the turkey balls I’ve previously posted. These actually have NOTHING in them, at all. Only turkey rolled into a tiny ball and fried up with some olive oil.

It’s super easy & super healthy.
